02. What payment methods do you accept?

03. Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?

At Clearview Travels we understand that plans can change. While we strive to accommodate changes to your reservation, please note that some modifications may incur fees or penalties.

Changes to Your Reservation:

– Name changes: We can assist with name changes, but please note that some airlines or hotels may charge a fee for this service.
– Travel dates: Changes to travel dates may be possible, but are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
– Accommodation changes: We can try to accommodate changes to your accommodation, but this is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
– Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Fees and Penalties:

– Airline fees: Some airlines may charge fees for changes to your reservation, such as date changes or name corrections.
– Hotel fees: Hotels may also charge fees for changes to your reservation, such as room type changes or cancellations.
– Travel agency fees: We may charge a service fee for making changes to your reservation.

How to Make Changes:

– Contact us via phone or email to request changes to your reservation.
– Provide your booking reference number and details of the changes you’d like to make.
– We’ll do our best to accommodate your changes and advise you of any fees or penalties.

Please note that some changes may not be possible due to airline or hotel policies. We’ll always do our best to assist you, but please be aware that some changes may incur additional fees.

04. What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
POLICY
* If The Client cancels a booking, the following fees apply:
– a minimum of $150 is deducted from the initial deposit (if cancellation is in 48 hours after confirmation)
If after, 50 Percentage of the total tour cost is charged.
– For visa application: Non refundable
* CLEARVIEW TRAVELS LTD
reserves the right to cancel a tour or travel arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or operational issues.
* In the event of cancellation by
CLEARVIEW TRAVELS, The Client will receive a full refund of the tour or travel arrangement cost with no interest attached.

05. Do You Offer Group Booking Discounts?

At CLEARVIEW TRAVELS we’re happy to offer group booking discounts for groups of 10 or more travelers.

Group Booking Discounts:

– 10-19 travelers: 4% discount on the total booking cost
– 20-29 travelers: 9% discount on the total booking cost
– 30 or more travelers: 13% discount on the total booking cost

Additionally, we offer customized group travel packages that can be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. Our group travel specialists will work with you to create a personalized itinerary that includes:

– Flights: We’ll find the best group flight deals to ensure everyone arrives together.
– Accommodations: We’ll book group-friendly hotels, Airbnb or resorts that meet your needs.
– Activities: We’ll arrange group activities, tours, and excursions that everyone will enjoy.
– Transportation: We’ll organize group transportation to and from airports, hotels, and activities.
