TRAVEL AND TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

• “The Company” refers to [Clearview International Travels and Tours Limited], its employees, agents, and affiliates.
• “The Client” refers to the person or entity booking a tour or travel arrangement with The Company.
• “Tour” or “Travel Arrangement” refers to any travel or tour package, accommodation, transportation, or other services booked through The Company.

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

• A booking is considered confirmed when The Client has paid the required deposit or full payment, as specified by The Company.
• The Client must pay the balance of the tour or travel arrangement cost at agreed dates prior to booking.
• Clearview Travels Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received in accordance with these terms.
• Payment methods accepted by CLEARVIEW include bank transfer, credit card, etc.

1. PRICING AND INCLUSIONS

• CLEARVIEW reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in transportation, (flight costs, fuel prices, taxes, accommodation, or other factors outside its control)
• The price of the tour or travel arrangement includes only those services specified in the flyer, itinerary or booking confirmation.
• The Client is responsible for any additional expenses, including but not limited to, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and gratuities.
• ⁠In cases of visa assistance, CLEARVIEW TRAVELS is only a facilitator, offers visa advisory roles and do NOT grant visas to anyone therefore can not be held responsible for visa refusal or delays.

1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• If The Client cancels a booking, the following fees apply:
  • a minimum of $150 is deducted from the initial deposit (if cancellation is in 48 hours after confirmation )
    If after, 50 Percentage of the total tour cost is charged.
  • For visa application: Non refundable
• CLEARVIEW TRAVELS LTD reserves the right to cancel a tour or travel arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or operational issues.
• In the event of cancellation by CLEARVIEW TRAVELS, The Client will receive a full refund of the tour or travel arrangement cost with no interest attached.

1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISAS

• The Client is responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and health certificates.
• The Company will not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to The Client’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

• CLEARVIEW TRAVELS strongly recommends that The Client purchases travel insurance to cover unexpected medical or travel-related expenses except included in the package in question.
• CLEARVIEW TRAVELS will not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to The Client’s failure to purchase travel insurance.

1. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

• CLEARVIEW TRAVELS will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by The Client due to:
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events
  • The Client’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions
  • The Client’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents or insurance
  • Any third-party providers or suppliers
• The Client indemnifies The Company against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to The Client’s actions or omissions.

1. FORCE MAJEURE

• CLEARVIEW TRAVELS will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political instability, or operational issues.

1. GOVERNING LAW

• These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State].
• Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process].

1. AMENDMENTS

• CLEARVIEW TRAVELS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• The Client will be bound by any amendments to these terms and conditions.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Company and The Client.
• These terms and conditions supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between The Company and The Client.

• By booking a tour or travel arrangement with CLEARVIEW TRAVELS, The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
